2. Refund Eligibility Guidelines

To prevent fraud and preserve instructor integrity, refunds may be denied if:

• More than 50% of the total course video lectures or reading materials have been completed.
• An official Certificate of Completion has already been generated or claimed for the course.
• Multiple refund requests have been submitted repeatedly by the same account.

3. How to Request a Refund

Simply send an email from your registered account email to support@binots.in with your order reference or transaction ID. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
